Jafar Mohammadi (Passage West). On 13th July 2019 peacefully peacefully at Marymount University Hospital; Mohammad, beloved husband of Maryam, dear father of KurosAnahita and Bahram. Greatly missed by all his family, grandchildren Jonathan, Beth, Vicky, Tara, Kian and Ava, daughters-in-law Diana and Helen, relatives and many friends.

Funeral Service in O' Connor Bros. North Gate Bridge on Wednesday 17th July at 12.00 noon. Burial afterwards at The Quaker Burial Ground, Summerhill South, T12XW8R. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Marymount.
