Barry (Kilcully) On April 11th, 2019, peacefully in the presence of her loving family at Farranlea Nursing Unit. JOSEPHINE (Jo) (nee O’Donovan, late of Commons Road, Cork) (T.O.S.F), beloved wife of the late Richard (Dick) and sister of the late Eileen Kennedy (Cardiff) and much loved mother of Margaret (Hannon), Neil (Mitchelstown), Eileen and Edward (Grenagh). Fondly remembered by her loving family, grandchildren Patrick, Richard, Niall, Lucy, Katie, Kevin, Jack and Joanna, great-grandson Cillian, sisters Maura, Kay, Sr. Patricia and Ann, son-in-law James, daughters-in-law Mary and Susanne, sisters-in-law Kitty and Phil, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge from Saturday with Rosary same evening at 5pm. Reception into the North Cathedral on Monday at 12.45pm for 1pm Requiem Mass. Funeral afterwards to St. Michael’s Cemetery, Blackrock. Family Flowers only. Donations in lieu to the Mercy Hospital Foundation.
