DALTON ( Gartan Park, Douglas, Cork) on February 5th, 2019, peacefully at St. Clare’s Ward, St. Finbarr’s Hospital, EILEEN, (nee O’Brien) dearly beloved wife of Noel, devoted mother of Antoinette (Cowhig), Madeleine (Sexton), Angela (Walsh), Nuala (Flanagan), Deirdre (Lecane) and her only son Aidan, and sister of Peggy and the late Michael. Sadly missed and deeply mourned by her loving husband, family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, relatives and her many friends.
Reposing at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge from Wednesday morning. Rosary same evening at 7:45pm followed by removal to St. Columba’s Church, Douglas. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 11:00am. Funeral afterwards to St. Michael’s Cemetery, Blackrock. Family flowers only.
