Varian (Mangerton Close, The Glen, Cork): On July 13, 2011, peacefully, in the presence of his loving family and in the dedicated care of the doctors, nurses and staff of the Mercy University Hospital, DANIEL (DAN) (late Plumber, Works Dept, UCC), dearly beloved husband of Hannah (Ann, nee O'Connell), devoted father of Peter, Don, Tony, Michael and the late Linda (Byrne), much loved brother of Sean, Maisie and the late Lilly, fond father-in-law of the late Eddie Byrne. Sadly missed and deeply mourned by his loving wife, family, brother, sister, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, daughters-in-law, sister-in- law Mary, relatives, neighbours and his many friends. Reposing at O'Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Rosary on this (Thursday) evening at 6.45pm, followed by removal to St. Brendan's Church, The Glen. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Friday) at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine's Cemetery, Kilcully. Family flowers only please.
