Obituary

DOWNEY (Cork) on October 12^th 2018 (Peacefully) in the dedicated care of the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of St. Enda’s Ward, St Finbarr’s Hospital and in the presence of her family. Mary (nee Falvey) Commons Road. Beloved wife of the late Michael and loving mother of Denise (Murphy), Julie (O’Connor), Jackie, Yvonne and Lynda (Foy). Sadly missed by her loving daughters, grandchildren, great-grandson, and brothers Timmy, Jimmy, Humphrey, Denis and Martin, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives neighbours and friends.

Reposing at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home North Gate Bridge from Monday. Rosary same evening at 6.30pm followed by Removal to The Church of The Annunciation, Blackpool. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
