Obituary

MATTHEWS (Cork): On November 2nd, 2017, peacefully in the presence of his loving family, at his daughters residence, JOSEPH (JOE), Mary Aikenhead Place, Cathedral Road; Beloved husband of the recently deceased Breda and loving father of Karen (Nagle) and Rachel. Sadly missed by his loving family, grandchildren Nicole and Joe, sisters Margaret, May and Kathleen, sons-in-law Damien and James, nephews, nieces, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Rosary on Saturday evening at 4pm followed by Removal to The Cathedral. Requiem Mass on Monday at 11am. Funeral afterwards to St. Michael’s Cemetery, Blackrock.
