Obituary

O'Sullivan (Great William O'Brien St., Blackpool, Cork) on October 11th, 2017, peacefully in the presence of his loving nephews Ray and Dave and in the dedicated care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Ballincollig Community Nursing Unit, Patrick Joseph O'Sullivan (late of Mocklers and former founding memeber of Neptune Basketball Club). Sadly missed and deeply mourned by his loving family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at O'Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Removal on Friday evening at 6.30pm to The Church of the Annunciation, Blackpool. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 10am. Funeral afterwards to St. Joseph's Cemetery, Tory Top Road.
